Mark Nicolarsen
Attorney
Mark was born in Colorado, but has lived in Idaho since kindergarten, graduating from Eagle High School in Eagle, ID. After high school, Mark completed his undergraduate education at Boise State University and spent a semester abroad studying at the University of Westminster in London, England, where he developed his unwavering love of English Premier League Football (otherwise known as soccer to us “Yanks”). After completing his undergraduate studies at Boise State, Mark worked for a local title and title abstracting company, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in the legal field.
Mark then attended the University of Concordia School of Law for his first year of law school, transferring to the University of Idaho the following summer, where he finished his legal studies and earned his Juris Doctorate. Immediately after finishing law school and passing the bar exam, Mark began his legal career working for a small, local firm that handles primarily personal injury cases. A few years later, in January of 2020, Mark took a position with a Twin Falls based firm working in its Boise office and handling primarily cases dealing with creditors’ rights. Feeling the stresses of the COVID pandemic, this firm closed its Boise office in December of 2020, which led Mark to a position as the workers’ compensation attorney with Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. At Litster Frost, Mark handled both workers’ compensation cases and personal injury cases. In October of 2023, Mark started his current position with Batta Fulkerson, handling primarily personal injury cases. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children, two dogs, and one cat. Mark loves live music, sports, enjoying the outdoors, playing his guitar, and traveling as much as possible.
